The first contacts between the Chamber of Commerce and ITdonations were made in 2010. The Chamber of Commerce was working on setting up a CSR policy and seeking different ways to give this shape. Including in the field of ICT - in this case, written-off ICT equipment. Throwing this away creates an enormous burden on the environment. And why shouldn’t the equipment be given a second lease of life?

A fantastic result

After various meetings, the partnership became a reality. ITdonations provides for fully certified and 100% secure removal, processing and cleaning of the written-off ICT equipment. The equipment is placed on the market again and/or recycled. At the choice of the Chamber of Commerce, the residual value is donated to the Make a Wish Foundation. So far, more than €11,000 has been raised. A fantastic result - thank you Chamber of Commerce!
